1. ARC Committee - In charge of approving or disapproving, all home improvements, or changes, as per the bylaws of The Retreat At Wekiva.

2. Landscaping/ Holiday Committee - Homeowners working on plans and designs for holiday decorations and keeping the common areas beautiful.

3. Hearing Committee - The committee is made of three homeowners that will levy fines and rule on issues, when a homeowner does not follow our bylaws. This committee is required as per our bylaws, and their decision is final.
